Below are emails from parents, players, coaches, and umpires from past Cup trips.

Parent-
Big huge thank you to you, Kirt and all your people for a fun, seamless trip!!  Once in a lifetime family trip, we are forever grateful!

Madison-
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Without you none of this would have been possible. Because of you I was able to participate in a wonderful event and do what I love with others who share the same love. I would also like to thank you for all of the memories you have helped to create! They are memories that will last a lifetime! I will be returning in 2017 to create more with my new Cup family. So, thank you so much for everything, and I will see you at the Queen of Diamonds North next year.
Thank you!

Don-
You guys did an exceptional job making sure everyone was aware, engaged and involved (as much as they wanted to be at least).  To be able to herd that many cats through two countries without any major issues is a testament that you really made the effort to making this trip a success.  The abundance of emails sent over the months prior to the trip were somewhat overwhelming, but I understand the importance of making sure everyone is as informed as possible.
Everyone I spoke to had a great time.
Alex and I had a great time.  I was not able to make it to the Queen of Diamonds in South Carolina where the team and parents got together, so this trip enabled me to meet some new friends.  You’re right, we did have a great group of folks.
This truly is a trip that Alex and I will never forget.

Parent-
Madi and I had an absolute blast. I never imagined we would have "that" much fun. The softball and the sight seeing were great but the friendships we made are priceless. Please sign us up for 2017!! Thank you for organizing the trip and allowing us to be a part of it. Your family is awesome. We were fortunate to be able to spend time with your wife as well as Chad, Cortney and Matt. We hope to see you at Queen of Diamond's north next year.

Parent-
Thank you for everything. We had a fantastic time. I am so glad she got the opportunity to go. Thank you also for putting her on Grannis's team. He coached her when she was younger and got her started in travel ball. It was awesome he got her one last time in The Netherlands. Meant a lot to both of them. Words can never express ourgratitude for all you did.

Christy-
You are probably still trying get home at this point. We really appreciated our trip. I keep thinking about different points of the trip and our "crew!" Sydney wasn't ready to come home. You and your staff were unbelievable. I can only imagine the work it takes to plan it all!  We all really liked our coach Tom Stroia, Cortney rocks, Matt is a hoot, and Chad is nuts!  I want you to tell Karen we appreciated her taking us for the day Monday. I can see why she is your wife; she is absolutely awesome!

Parent-
I just wanted to send both of you a thank you for making the Europe Cup '14 trip such a memorable one for my daughter and I.  She had heard about this trip when she was 10 years old and playing coach Rich Leviere.  Since that time it was one of her goals in life to be able to participate in this event.  The hardwork that you all put into organize this trip made it one of the most enjoyable things that I think that I will ever get to do with our girl.  This will be something that her and I remember forever.  And who knows, maybe one day she will have a daughter and I will get the chance to come back again!
Thanks again for everything,

Nikki-
After being home for Two days now when people ask me what my favorite part of the trip was... I answer playing softball. That was one of the best moments of my life, playing against so many diverse individuals. Before the awards ceremony a group of little kids ran up to me and asked for me to sign their softball, and that they wished they could be like me when they were older. The thought that I could be a role model for younger children around the world still baffles me.
Thank you for the opportunity for me to be on that once in a lifetime softball experience. The tourist sights will be there years from now, but I would never had been able to experience that on my own. Thank you for the advice on where to eat and what to see, the windmill dinner was amazing, and quite honestly should have been pushed more than I thought it was! hahaha. Thank you for making me feel like I was unique and for taking your time to know all of us and to talk to me when I asked something of you. And last but not least, thank you for putting me on an amazing team. I know that it was probably just a bunch of names pulled out of a hat, but the group of girls I played with were very talented and made my experience just that much better. Along with the girls, Coach Jim made my experience so unique. He had a very unique sense of humor, and even better style of coaching. He made sure that each of the pitchers had equal amount of playing time and that each of us had an equal number of at-bats. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of his girls left there with the same experience and feeling like we were all superstars!
Thank you for the best experience of my life

Melissa-
I just want to thank you so much for the opportunity you provided for me. I had such a great time & won't ever forget this trip. It was a great learning experience & a lot of fun. I also really appreciate all the hard work you all put into planning this & helping everyone out.

Heather-
Thank you very much for giving me this great opportunity not only to play softball in the Cup against players from other countries, but also allowing me to experience their cultures and see all the sites.  I had a great time and really appreciate all the work you put into making this such a great experience for me and all the players. I really enjoyed the games and all the other activities you that you had set up for us.  So once again thank you this was an experience I will remember the rest of my life.

Guy-

We would like to sincerely thank each of you for all that you did to make this experience truly a "once in a lifetime opportunity".
We had an extremely wonderful time and so much of that was because of all the tools you provided to be sure we could enjoy ourselves.  What an experience for the entire family from playing softball at the international level to seeing how another part of the world.
This will most definitely will be something none of us will ever forget and again we wish to thank you!
It was a pleasure meeting each of you and meeting many other wonderful people.  It is encouraging to know that there are still so many nice people in the world.
Thanks again!

Rachel-
I just want to start off by saying, thank you for all the work that you put into the Cup 2014 trip. I had so much fun playing with my team and sightseeing Amsterdam and Paris. Going into the trip, I was most nervous about the softball portion. After going on the trip I can easily say it was my favorite part. Every girl there was so nice and it just made it easy to be myself. I never knew how much fun it would be to play with a bunch of girls that you’ve never met before. This was a trip of a lifetime and I’m so glad I got to experience it.
Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity

Jordon-
I would like to thank you for being a wonderful and helpful mentor during the Cup and the Queen of Diamonds.   You are very funny, nice and helpful. I would also like to thank you for taking time out of your life to have a positive impact on my life. Thank you so much. I plan to go to the Queen of Diamonds again and am looking forward to Cup 2017. Please also thank Mrs Whiteside for taking us around Paris. She is very sweet and we enjoyed being with both of you.

Paul-
I would like to thank you personally for being a part of and making my trip a most enjoyable one. I have nothing but fond memories of this trip and feel like I have been very fortunate to have been a part of it. Everything about the trip was outstanding! Getting a chance to umpire in Europe was somthing I will never forget. Meeting the people I have had the privilege to meet and umpires I worked with is beyond words.

Jan-
Lindsay and I had a great time and the trip was a fabulous experience. Thanks to you and Cortney and even your children for making the trip so wonderful for everyone. I know it is a lot of hard work and your entire family has to be "on" at all times. Please pass on to Matt that we also appreciate his time and effort in to the trip as well.

Carol-
This was a fabulous opportunity for Chelsea and she thoroughly enjoyed ALL aspects of the trip---we all did. You and Cortney were a tremendous help with all of your tour suggestions, directions and answers to our questions. Thank you so much for everything. We really enjoyed your entire family.

Jaime-
Honestly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, y'all have been absolutely fantastic and I appreciate that more than you can imagine.

Tim-
Just wanted to say thank you for everything!!! It was an awesome trip. Your crew is very special for the things that you did for everyone. We really appreciate everything so much. The thing that I will never forget is the looks that my girls had on their faces the night we were at the Eiffel Tower when it was sparkling, at that point my trip was made. Again thank you.

Kimmie-
Thanks for everything you've done with the trip. It was probably the most amazing experience of my life/

Tracy-
Lauren and I would like to thank all of you for all your hard work to provide us with an experience of a lifetime. We had a fantastic, amazing, memorable and so on time. Please forward to all the other staff for I do not have their emails. Lauren played on the bulls and their team was spectacular, she faced an amazing amount of talent and I am very proud of her and the whole team.

Kayla-
I had so much fun! i wish i could go again next year lol

Jeff-
We just made it home from our wonderful trip. We are tired but to excited to sleep. Our high school has a big welcome home sign flashing out front. I feel like we brought home a Olympic gold medal. The local paper will be interviewing Sarah at school tomorrow.I want to thank you for making this possible. This was the a tournament of a life time. It was a thrill of a life time to compete against other countries and do well! We played hard but a the end we walked away with so many new friends and a lot of great memories. I was in tears when my team and I went our separate ways this morning. It was truly a wonderful experience and I didn't want it to end. I will miss them all.

Brad-
The Cup was an experience of a lifetime for Chandler and Jackey, and that is something they will never forget. The softball was great, but the time those two shared together as a mother and daughter is somthing you can't put a price tag on. They said the trip was perfect, the other parents and players were awesome, and you and your family did an amazing job with the whole trip.

Ashlee-
I just wanted to thank you for all that you did putting together the Cup 2011. When I first heard about it I was excited but I never imagined it was going to be so much fun. It was truly the trip of a lifetime. You and your family have a great organization going. My dad and I felt completely prepared and informed at all times when getting ready for the trip. Your program allowed me to have memories that will last forever. I'm sad its over but everything was absolutely worth it.

Linda-
Thankyou for giving Bill and Caitlin a simply awesome experience. He's already talking about going back and she just gets this dreamy smile on her face every time someone asks her how her trip was. The road to get there was fun also.

Brenda-
I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks for the wonderful trip. It really was a wonderful experience and you all did an awesome job of coordinating everything. Kelli and I thoroughly enjoyed every day of this trip. All the kids and parents were so nice. We toured both Amsterdam and Paris with some of her team mates and that made everything even more fun. This will be a very special memory for both of us.

Katie-
I just wanted to send you a quick email thanking you for putting together this trip and working so hard. I know there were a bunch of people behind the scenes, so I just wanted to let you all know that the trip was great and Hannah and I had a wonderful time, and it's due in part to all the hard work on your end. It was a great excuse for me and Hannah to be able to go over to Europe and even play a little softball too!

Patricia-
Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity to not only travel to Europe, but also to play softball while I'm there. I had a great time and enjoyed everything about my trip.

Nancy-
Thanks for a great trip and everything that you and your family did. It was truly a great experience for not only Taylor but for me too.

Debra-
Please give our thanks to the entire crew and family. I'm not sure who works harder, the crew or the family. I really appreciated all the time, patience, understanding that Chad and Matt showed us all. Thanks to Karen who put up with me in Amsterdam. lol. I enjoyed spending time with Cortney. Truly, I enjoyed the trip, better yet, the experience. I got a chance to spend time with Coach Dave and Coach Amie/Amy and Coach Rich. I loved hanging out with the Bulls. We just had a cool time. Again, thank you for the opportunity, the fun and the experience.

Brad-
I wanted to thank you very much for offering such a great opportunity for the girls and the parents. I know Jackey and Chandler had a GREAT time (wish I was there), something that will provide a lifetime of memories. You can’t put a price tag on that. I heard nothing but good things about how things were ran while you were there, compliments to you, your family (great people), and the rest of the staff who worked so hard to put this together. I just wanted to send a thank you on behalf of my family; we really appreciate your hard work that provided a great week of softball, site seeing, and an unbelievable experience.

Julie & Alexandria-
We would like to thank you for the opportunity to be a part of such a fantastic trip of a lifetime. The trip was planned out and acommodations were made that I would have never even thought of if I were to try and pull something like this off. We couldn't have been more taken care of by your family. Your family will always hold a very special place in our hearts and we will talk about this trip until we are hanging with the old folks and sharing stories of our younger days.

Steve-
Thanks for your hard work, my daughter and I had a wonderful time!

Macall-
I want to thank you and your family for all you all did to make this one of the best experiences I have ever had. I still can't believe I went to Europe and am already back home. The things we did and the adventures were one in a million and for that I really thank you all so much. All the friends we made and the people we met were amazing. I can"t stop smiling when I think of it all.

Sabrina, Callie, & Britt-
We wanted to say THANK YOU to "ya'll" and the rest of the "crew" for a wonderful experience. Yes, I am exhausted and still trying to catch up, but oh boy! was it worth every minute! How wonderful it was to just sit back and have everything handled for us, from getting our room keys to the buses waiting on time for us! We will NEVER forget this trip......from learning the Metro, to crossing the street without getting run over by a bike, to my very first plane ride and the girls surviving with no cell phone or text messages!!! You know that you had a wonderful experience when you get off the lift at the Eiffel Tower and tears come to your eyes....I was just overwhelmed! We will always be grateful to your family for this opportunity.

Becca-
You probably hear this a lot and all, but I wanted you guys to know how much I appreciate everything you did for us players and for making this trip possible. I know it was probably really hectic trying to handle all of us, but I'm sure you are used to it by now. haha. I think y'all are awesome! It was a lot of fun and a great experience and once again I appreciate everything you guys do.

Dave & Pam-
Just a short note to say that the trip has been everything you said it would be and more; you and your family did a great job coordinating this trip and you all deserve a big thank you.

Richard-
These young girl's have had an opportunity to learn and make choices. Choices that help them to grow into young woman. While The Cup presents these situations, you single handedly help these kids grow as ambassadors of this sport and country we love. I am so greatful for this and will be eternally touched by your continued efforts to make this an event that will mold minds, bodies, and souls. It means more than you know to have confidence in your child that when they are away from you, us as parents, that they can make the right decisions.

Pat-
We had a great trip. Thanks for all the help along the way, we appreciated all of the great tips.

Leslie-
I just wanted to tell you that our daughter arrived back into Jacksonville around midnight and the first thing she said was she missed me of course but then she said "mom, I am just going to tell you that we have not had much sleep this entire trip" She said she was going to sleep the entire day today. then on the way home she had funny story after funny story. I laughed at her the entire way home which was 30 minutes and she never stopped yapping her mouth and it was going on 1:00AM. I told her she will have to fill me in today because I had to get some sleep. But she said she had the best time of her life. She will definitely never forget the trip and all the new friends she met. She was so excited. Thanks for giving her the experience of her life time

Lisa-
I must say that doing this trip was the most unbelievable experiences that DJ and I could ever have – the softball as well as the sites were well worth the exhausting travel. There is not a single person I would ever not tell about this trip.I am exhausted, dragging myself today to try to catch up with work – but I will talk about this trip for a lifetime

Mike-
Just wanted to say thank you for having me for another year. I always enjoy it. I love the softball and your family has always treated me great. You know like I do people have no idea the planning that goes into such a big trip. You guys do a tremendous job and I appreciate you having me involved.

Hal-

Tracy-
I would like to say we have arrived home safely, unpacked, did laundry and put all my souvenirs in their proper place; all with only about 4 hours sleep in the last 36-48 hours!!! I can't thank you enough for the awesome trip. Brittany and I were able to experience some real bonding memories, neither of us will ever forget. Thank you also to Chad, Cortney, Matt and Karen; your hard work will never be forgotten as I know this trip wouldn't exist without your hard work. THANK YOU to all of you. It was our pleasure to get to know all of you and I am thankful that we did. We appreciate all you do for the sport of softball and the athletes that play it.

On behalf of Casey and myself, I wanted to say thank you for everything that you did to make our experiences with the CUP and with the QDSS so incredibly enjoyable! You are all so very AWESOME! We have had the privilege to participate in some excellent softball and were blessed by the opportunities to meet so many incredible and wonderful people. Casey has memories to last a lifetime! And, so do we as her parents. You truly provide a quality product. The amount of work involved to ensure that ALL are well cared for and that ALL goes off with minimal "hiches" did not go unnoticed nor unappreciated. It has truly been an honor to have met, and spent time with, each of your families.

Dick-
Thanks for everything Kirt! Rachel and I had the time of our lives together in Europe. We have memories from the trip that will last a lifetime. She told me that her 2 days in Paris were the best 2 days of her life! I'll never forget that, especially with her heading out to college this fall.

Kathleen-
In case you haven't heard it enough, you and your family are by far the classiest family I have come to know. This includes your wonderful father. I have never felt so comfortable around a group of strangers like I had with you, Matt, and especially Tenille. (Chad was wonderful too, I just didn't get to spend as much time with him). I want to come next year just to spend time with you guys. Thanks for all that you have done and continue to do for our girls, it is more than I would imagine anyone would or could do for these girls. I can't begin to express how you have touched our lives and filled us with lasting memories. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to participate in a trip and tournament of a lifetime. This tournament gave us the opportunity to play against outstanding American and European competition. Our daughter enjoyed playing with extremely talented teammates. Also to meet and play with coaches with a world of experience and hearts of gold {Doc and Chuck} will always be treasured. In addition, we got to experience several days in Paris and Holland. For you and your family to make this trip and tournament happen from year to year is truly amazing. I would strongly recommend this trip for any softball player that has the opportunity. I would be happy to be a reference.
